In 2003 a day consultation for Mission Societies was held in conjunction with the Aotearoa New Zealand Association for Mission Studies and a Religious and Church Archivists Seminar was held in conjunction with the Archives and Records Association of New Zealand Conference.

In 2004 a day consultation on the theme of Archives to Ideas was held on Wednesday 14 July in conjunction with the God'sZone? joint conference of New Zealand Mission Studies, Theological, Biblical and Religious History associations.
