The Software Environment for the Advancement of Scholarly Research (SEASR), offers the humanities, arts, and social science communities a transformational cyberinfrastructure technology. SEASR eases scholars’ access to digital research materials now stored in a variety of incompatible formats and enhances scholars’ use of them through analytics that can uncover hidden information and connections. SEASR fosters collaboration, too, through empowering scholars to share data and research in virtual work environments.
The Visual Understanding Environment (VUE) is an Open Source project based at Tufts University. The VUE project is focused on creating flexible tools for managing and integrating digital resources in support of teaching, learning and research. VUE provides a flexible visual environment for structuring, presenting, and sharing digital information.
