The following Archives will be visited during the Conference:

People will be asked to sign up for one of two groups, Group A and Group B.

As explained below, only group B will be able to visit the Vatican Archives, and only Group A will be able to visit the Urbana University Library as part of these tours.

The Vatcian archives are only available to us on October 3rd. We are sorry it will not be possible for everyone to visit both. The University Library is one of the major mission collections in the world, and has been the home of Bibliographia Missionaria for many years.

Tuesday 1 October

Group A Will visit (on foot):

1) The Jesuit Archives, Rev. Joseph de Cock

2) The Pontifical Urban University Library, Rev. Marek Rostkowski

3) The Propaganda Archives (adjacent to CIAM), Mgr. Luis Ramos

Group B will visit (by rental bus):

1) Society Don Bosco Library, Ateneo Salesiano Piazza Ateneo Roma.

2) Society for the Divine Word (SVD) archives.

3) Pontifical Institute for the Study of Arab Culture and Islam (PISAI),
 M. Borrmans

On Thursday 3 October  the groups will be reversed, except that the walking group will visit the Vatican Archives, instead of  the Urbana University Library.

2) Society for the Divine Word (SVD)  archives

3) Pontifical Institute for the Study of Arab Culture and Islam  (PISAI)
